With decades of experience between woodworking and blacksmithing we collaborate to create unique deigns using primarily wood or iron/steel. Many of our designs combine the two though careful consideration of when they can complement each other and if and when the joinery between the two are compatible. We also implement other materials and metals such as copper and leather. We have the ability to create a multitude of finishes from tried and true oil coatings to advance powder coating.
Over the years we have studied and drawn influence from craftsman such as George Nakashima, Samual Yellin, Edgar brant and many other masters of their craft. We are skilled in some of the most traditional forms of wood working and metal working from using hand planes and chisels to a forge and anvil. We integrate the most cutting edge modern technology when applicable. From laser cutting and etching to 3d Printing and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Machining. Using advance modeling and CAD or a drawing on a napkin we can bring your ideas to reality.
